Work From Home Destination Support Specialist

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help travelers research destinations, compare options, and keep important planning details organized from home.

As a Work From Home Destination Support Specialist, you'll assist with destination research, reservations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and client follow-up throughout the planning process.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Research destinations and available options
• Gather client dates, preferences, and priorities
• Compare accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help organize itinerary and destination details
• Assist with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client records

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
