🎯 About the Role:
We’re looking for an in-house Virtual Assistant Team Lead to be the glue that holds our incredible VA team (especially our CSRs!) together. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for questions, issues, follow-ups, and making sure every client request gets handled with care. If a callback or refund request goes in... you're the one making sure it gets done!
You’ll Be:
✅ The friendly face (or voice!) checking in on open support requests
✅ Sending out quick SMS check-ins to ensure quality
✅ Working side-by-side with Nancy and Sabrina to filter, escalate, and organize support tickets like a boss
✅ Keeping the VA team motivated, informed, and on-task
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (a must!)
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between
- Naturally organized (color-coded spreadsheets excite you)
- Outgoing, charismatic, and fun to work with
- Open availability (flexibility is key!)
- Some tax industry experience? Awesome! But not required
💰 Pay Range:
- $20–$22/hr (No tax experience)
- $23–$25/hr (With tax industry experience)
