Ciklum is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team full-time in the US .

About the role:

As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will utilize your core skills in data analysis and SQL to drive insights and inform decision-making. Your premium skills in Agile methodologies, project management, and business analysis will enable you to effectively manage projects throughout the SDLC. Strong communication and time management skills are essential as you collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce functionalities and enhance overall business performance. Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce implementation/ upgrades req gathering
  • Gap Analysis
  • Solution design
  • Working with developers and QAs to make sure business processes are captured
  • Documentation

Requirements:

  • Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
  • Understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Flow automation, and Reporting
  • Expert ability to engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements related to FSC and client’s enhancements
  • Skill in documenting and translating business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps for development teams
  • Map FSC data model to client financial data (Financial Accounts, Financial Holdings etc).
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects on solution design
  • Understanding Integration flow between SF with Other Systems
  • Ability to travel and work onsite periodically throughout the month in the Chicago area
Desirable:
  • Financial and Health Management domains including Wealth Management and Health Benefits, Health Savings Accounts
  • Products related to Health Benefits such as FSA, COBRA, HSA, etc.
  • Selling H&B products to Employers
  • Understanding how Agents are working with Account holders 
  • Benefit claims on Products related to Health Benefits, Approval or Rejection of Claims
