Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed case records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
• years of experience in case management, social services, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills.
