Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced sales professional to work with our clients in developing multimedia marketing programs.

Job Function:

  • Handle entire sales process from proposal to close; reach or exceed sales quotas.
  • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
  • Sell the organization's products and/or services to established customers or new prospects.
  • Solicits and maintains contact with current and prospective key accounts.
  • Attending special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.
  • Travel is required, up to 30%, to make sales calls and attend industry events. This territory is all of the US and is in our Healthcare Group.
  • This is a 100% remote position. Some travel depending on the trade show schedule for a given year. Some of those shows can start on a weekend. You must be able to work from the road as well.

 Core Competencies:

  • A proven track record in closing sales through:
    1. business development
    2. superior negotiation skills
    3. excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills, especially in a multi-platform environment
  • Strong prospecting acumen
  • Background in digital, marketing solutions, research and events, preferred
  • B2B experience a huge plus

 Knowledge/Skill/Ability:

  • B2b Media experience
  • Experience selling Lead Gen, CPL, Marketing Solutions, 1st party-verified data
  • Audience extension, social media, market research, and traditional digital and
  • print products.
  • Background in Healthcare strongly preferred
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with other departments, including sales support, editorial, production, and marketing, a plus

We are excited to share the salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.

If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
