Remote Travel Planner

We are seeking detail-oriented, service-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Planners. This role offers the opportunity to assist clients with comprehensive travel planning while operating in a flexible, remote environment.

Role Summary

The Remote Travel Planner supports clients with end-to-end travel planning, including leisure, corporate, group, and cruise travel. Advisors will research options, manage reservations, and ensure all trip components are accurately coordinated.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop tailored itineraries, including air, hotel, transportation, and activities
• Provide recommendations aligned with client preferences, requirements, and budget
• Maintain current knowledge of destinations, supplier promotions, and travel guidelines
• Collaborate with travel partners to secure competitive pricing and availability
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and referrals
• Ensure accurate documentation of all bookings, payments, and trip details

Compensation & Benefits

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work part-time or full-time
• 1099 independent contractor status

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside and be authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, EU, or Australia
• Reliable computer or smartphone required
