Remote PLC Programmer/Controls Engineer

In this position, you will be working as an Electrical Controls Engineer involved with the design and programming of control systems. You will be responsible for the design of sophisticated control systems as well as programming from scratch.  

This is a permanent position and a long term need for my client. This position can be worked remote within a 3 hour drive from Mt. Zion, IL.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 based on experience level.

Job Requirements: 

• At least 5 years’ experience with programming, modifying, and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs and Rockwell HMIs
• Must be able to program from scratch
• Experience doing design and layout of control panels
• Experience with SCADA software
• AutoCAD experience
