Work Schedule:
Purpose of Position: The Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships on behalf of Westfield by taking personal responsibility for each customer’s contact and by ensuring that customers are being serviced and cared for. The Sales Representative has primary responsibility for ensuring all products are introduced to existing and potential customers as well as being the first to sell new products as needed.

Personal Attributes:
The Sales Representative will be privileged with information that should not be shared. The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing their duties, not spreading information to others. This is incredibly important when working with other competition etc. The incumbent must demonstrate the following personal attributes:
Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions:
The Sales Representative will have to spend long hours sitting while driving, using office equipment, which can cause muscle strain. The incumbent may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time (up to 50lbs for egg boxes). As an on-the-road role, Westfield asks that employee doesn’t have distractions while driving. The incumbent may find the workload to be a lot and will need excellent organizational and time/stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
