Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and confident Part-Time Sales Representative to engage with Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) and medical practices across the U.S. This role involves contacting provided leads, discussing insurance-related opportunities, and introducing physicians to a network designed to increase revenue, improve patient outcomes, and maintain practice independence.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals, understands insurance terminology (or can learn quickly), and is confident in handling objections and guiding conversations toward partnership opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact Primary Care Physicians and medical practices using company-provided leads

  • Ask structured insurance and reimbursement-related questions to assess eligibility and fit

  • Clearly present the benefits of joining the network, including:

    • Access to quarterly quality bonuses

    • Shared savings programs

    • Enhanced payer rates

    • Increased revenue from existing patient panels

  • Educate physicians on how the program helps improve patient outcomes while maintaining practice independence

  • Build rapport and maintain professional communication with practice managers and physicians

  • Document call outcomes and update CRM systems accurately

  • Follow up with interested practices and schedule next steps as required

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, tele-sales, or cold calling (healthcare experience highly preferred)

  • Comfortable speaking with doctors, practice managers, and healthcare staff

  • Basic understanding of insurance, payer rates, Medicare/Medicaid, or willingness to learn quickly

  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills

  • Organized with strong follow-up ability

  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus
