What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand the expected product functionality and customer requirements.
Provide leadership and technical expertise in the technical design of new software components.
Write testable, scalable, and efficient code following company software development practices, leading by example.
Mentor other developers in product development and in support of the company’s culture, mission, and values.
Participate in the writing of design documentation.
Assist in troubleshooting and supporting Remarque Systems software products, including development of bug fixes.
What We Are Searching For:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline with 10-12 years’ experience or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline with 6+ years of experience.
Coaches, reviews and may delegate work to lower-level professionals.
Proficient in common architectural and design patterns.
Strong proficiency in Python.
SQL Server and Entity Framework expertise.
Experience with code versioning tools and continuous integration.
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $156,000 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
