Job title: Senior Civil Litigation Attorney (Barred in California)

Location: 100% Remote across U.S.

Salary: $170K to $200K base

Experience: 5+ years

Our client is a well-established, nationally recognized litigation practice representing major companies in the automotive industry. The firm focuses on sophisticated Insurance defense, product warranty, lemon law, real property disputes, alternative dispute resolution, contract matters, and appellate issues matters and offers attorneys the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all stages of civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle matters involving product warranty, lemon law litigation, real property disputes, alternative dispute resolution, contract matters, and appellate issues matters
• Manage cases through various stages of civil litigation
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

Qualifications:

• Active and in-good-standing California Bar license
• Any kind of civil litigation experience except criminal or family litigation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Interest in litigation, automotive law, product warranty, or consumer protection matters is a plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between ($150,000 – $200,000) Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
