AI search infrastructure startup for leading tech companies is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CTO. With 10x revenue growth in the last year and backing from top-tier investors, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling team of 22 supporting leading AI and enterprise software companies. In this role, you'll provide primary support to the CTO, managing his busy calendar and frequent travel, handling inbox management and communications, and providing light personal coordination. You'll also collaborate with the CEO's Executive Assistant, supporting onboarding for rapid hiring growth, event planning, office operations, and other operational projects. Additionally, you'll help the Head of People with some interview coordination. Someone who can move fast and learn quickly with a growth mindset, is detail-oriented and organized, and ready to jump in with the right attitude. This is a primarily remote role with a strong preference for Eastern Time zone, ideally NY-based, with the ability to go into the office occasionally and travel to Canada, SF, and other locations as needed. 120-160K+ DOE + equity, benefits, 401k with matching, and flexible PTO.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary support to the CTO.
  • Manage high-volume calendar and scheduling across multiple time zones and commitments.
  • Handle travel planning and logistics, including detailed trip itineraries.
  • Manage inbox and stay on top of communications to ensure timely responses and follow-through. 
  • Partner with the CEO's Executive Assistant to support operational projects and initatives including onboarding for new hires, event planning,  interview coordination, office operations, and other various projects across the company. 
  • Provide light personal coordination and support to the CTO as needed. 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, operating in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to move fast, learn quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Growth mindset with willingness to jump in, do the work, and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working remotely with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to various office locations (Ottawa, SF, NY) as needed.
