Education Practitioner – Learning & Assessment Specialist

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote – USA Preferred

We are seeking experienced education professionals to support an AI training project focused on improving learning materials, assessments, and AI-driven educational tools. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Quiz and Tutoring Content Evaluation
• Assessment Rubrics and Grading
• Educational Content Review
• Learning Outcome Measurement
• Visual and Interactive Learning Materials
• Written and Verbal Communication
• Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail

• Evaluate quizzes, assessments, and tutoring materials.
• Review educational content for accuracy and learner engagement.
• Develop and refine assessment rubrics and grading criteria.
• Assess learning effectiveness and educational outcomes.
• Improve visual and interactive instructional resources.
• Provide clear feedback to enhance AI-driven learning tools.

• Experience in education, instructional design, learning science, or assessment.
• Strong understanding of learning objectives and assessment methods.
• Experience developing educational content for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Availability aligned with US Pacific Time is preferred.
