From our powerful EDC platform (DFdiscover) to expert clinical data management and biostatistics, we empower biotech, pharma, CROs, and global health organizations to run smarter, faster, and more reliable trials.
What You’ll Do
- Fuel revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Engage biotech, CRO, and global health partners with compelling outreach and tailored solutions
- Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline through strategic networking and referrals
- Deliver persuasive demos and proposals that showcase DFnet’s software and services
- Navigate discovery calls, RFPs, bid defenses, and contract negotiations with confidence
- Collaborate across sales, product, operations, and biometrics to ensure seamless client experiences
- Represent DFnet at industry events, virtual conferences, and partner meetings
- Maintain CRM accuracy with clear forecasting and pipeline visibility
What You Bring
Required:
- 5–7 years of business development or sales experience in clinical research, and eClinical software solutions, in the life sciences space
- Deep experience and understanding of biotech or pharmaceutical client needs
- Solid understanding of clinical trials, EDC, and/or data management services
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding six figure sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse stakeholders
Preferred:
- Direct experience with sponsors, CROs, sites, or research networks
- Relationships with decision makers in outsourcing and clinical development operations
- Knowledge of EDC platforms like DFdiscover or similar
- Strategic thinking with a knack for identifying new service opportunities

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must have a secure home workspace and high-speed internet. Occasional travel to conferences or client meetings is required.
Compensation: Total compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. The estimated base salary range is $110,000–$125,000, with commission and bonus opportunities.
