Pay: $125,000 - $175,000, based on qualifications and experience
Physical Setting/work location: Columbia, MD. This position is primarily based in our Columbia office; hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs.
Clearance Level: This position requires extensive experience working within SCI-access environments and a demonstrated understanding of the U.S. Intelligence Community and defense acquisition ecosystem. Candidates who have maintained SCI eligibility and operated within these environments for approximately ten years or more are strongly preferred.
Vorbeck is seeking a Director, Business Development - Signal Technologies to lead growth initiatives for our Signal Technologies division. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities within the Department of War (DoW) research and acquisition organizations (example: NIWC Pacific, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Army Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems) and within the US Intelligence Community (IC).
The ideal candidate will work closely with Vorbeck’s engineering, product development, and leadership teams to position Vorbeck's advanced conformal antennas, EMI shielding solutions, and graphene-enabled products with DoW and IC customers, as well as industrial partners.
