The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Canada. This is not an entry-level position. We’re seeking professionals with at least 2+ years of B2B appointment setting and sales experience who understand the rhythm of outbound sales, are confident on the phones, and thrive in high-performance environments.
This is an appointment-setting role so if you excel at cold calling, pipeline building, and generating opportunities, this position is a great fit.
Because many of our clients operate in cybersecurity and related technology fields, prior experience selling into or working with cybersecurity companies will be considered a strong asset.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified meetings with decision-makers for our clients, using a proven multi-channel approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more). You’ll leverage provided prospect lists while applying your own expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound activity to generate qualified meetings for our tech and cybersecurity clients in the US and Canada.
- Confidently pitch and qualify prospects, engaging with executives and C-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to execute targeted campaigns and strategies.
- Use our tech stack to track activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and report results accurately.
- Share ideas, feedback, and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or sales development roles (agency and/or cybersecurity industry experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success in outbound lead generation and cold calling.
- Strong understanding of US and Canadian markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to engage and persuade senior executives over the phone and across digital channels.
- Results-driven, ambitious, and motivated by clear targets.
- A fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
