Collections Manager- Remote

Our client, a national real estate organization, is seeking a Collections Manager to lead a small team and oversee a multi-market portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of legal and collections matters across multiple markets.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal operations teams.
• Oversee case activity, deadlines, documentation, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and support a small team.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Ensure consistent workflows and quality across the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of legal, collections, case management, or litigation support experience.
• Real estate, property management, and collections experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
