BDRs at Exhibitor Group play a critical role in driving revenue by introducing prospective clients to our differentiated exhibit solutions. Through proactive outreach and relationship-building, BDRs generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the sales team, serving as the initial point of contact in the customer acquisition process.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities


•    Identify and research target accounts and contacts in key industries.
•    Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
•    Communicate Exhibitor Group’s unique value proposition in a compelling, consultative manner.
•    Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and hand off to sales leadership.
•    Understand prospect pain points and identify opportunities where Exhibitor Group can provide value.
•    Collaborate with marketing to continuously refine and optimize outbound messaging.
•    Track activities and interactions within CRM (HubSpot or comparable).


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 



•    Career interest in sales, with clear advancement opportunities within the Exhibitor Group sales team.
•    High-energy, results-driven personality with a commitment to achieving activity and pipeline metrics.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to confidently engage senior-level decision-makers.
•    Self-starter with resilience and persistence in overcoming challenges and objections.

•    Highly organized and coachable, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.


Minimum Experience



•    2 years of experience in sales, preferably in outbound or inside sales environments.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar preferred tools.
