Join Australia’s leading homewares company, H.A.G Corp, as a Business Development Manager reporting to the National Field Sales Manager. You’ll drive sales growth, build strong retailer relationships, and position our iconic brands as market leaders. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring retailer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business and channels to expand market presence.Manage client relationships, negotiate with buyers, and deliver sales targets.Analyse sales and market data to inform strategy and support continuous improvement.Collaborate across teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field highly regarded.5+ years’ experience in business development or account management, ideally in retail or FMCG.Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to use and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other data platforms. Confident in general computer tasks, reporting, and working with tools such as Microsoft Office and business software.Valid driver’s licenceSydney based with regional NSW travel required.
