Working hours/Shift: Full-time, 9:00am-5:00pm EST - Monday to Friday
Salary Range: USD 1000 per month

Overview
We're hiring a charismatic and articulate Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for 6ix customers. You’ll work with a portfolio of ~30-40 clients, guiding them through onboarding, driving feature adoption, and helping them succeed on the company's platform.
This role is ideal for a sharp, customer-obsessed individual with strong verbal communication skills and the confidence to host digital events and CEO roundtables.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Success: Host weekly client meetings (15–30 mins per client); build strong relationships and drive platform engagement.
- Onboarding & Support: Help new clients understand platform features and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like meeting attendance, customer retention, and feature usage.
- Webinar Hosting & Moderation: Lead or moderate virtual events on the 6ix platform (including webinars, CEO roundtables, and chat discussions).
- Product Expertise: Act as a trusted expert on the 6ix platform, answering client questions and providing tailored guidance.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to relay client feedback and improve overall experience.
Qualifications
- Based in South Africa (or similar time zone)
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident communication style
- 1+ years experience in customer-facing or account management roles (sales, customer success, or event hosting a plus)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly
- Self-starter, highly organized, and emotionally intelligent
- Previous experience hosting or moderating digital events is a major plus
