Description

Panzura is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager with expertise in data storage and analytics to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention by delivering exceptional experiences, anticipating customer needs, and ensuring optimal utilization of Panzura CloudFS & Symphony products.

While this role is remote, due to the regional needs of the position, candidates must be located in either Illinois or Wisconsin to be considered.Β 

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within a technology organization, specifically focused on data storage, analytics, or related areas.
- Strong technical background with familiarity in data storage platforms, cloud solutions, analytics tools, or similar technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and proactive attitude towards identifying solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- 30-40% TravelΒ 

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud storage technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), object storage, hybrid cloud environments, or data analytics platforms.
- Prior experience working with data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, or AI/ML solutions.
- Ability to analyze data usage metrics and leverage insights to drive customer value.
