Data Analyst, US Managed Markets

As Bavarian Nordic continues to grow in the US market with the commercialization of Jynneos, there is a need to expand the North American Data & Analytics team. To support this growth in commercial needs by adding a newly established position, US Managed Markets Data Analyst. In this role, you would be responsible for working with the Analytics, Operations, & Managed Markets Sales teams to develop and maintain all reporting needs specific to Jynneos. This role reports into the North American Sales Data & Analytics Senior Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support senior analytics team with sales analysis of US Managed Markets product, Jynneos, and assist in creation of monthly performance reports for brand teams
  • Support Sr. Manager, Data and Analytics with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, dashboards, Sales CRM, and reporting for US Commercial and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Create insightful automated sales report with BI tools leveraging internal and vendor claims, payer, & other vendor data
  • Identify data gaps and resolve quality issues with existing company datasets, perform data cleaning, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis
  • Develop analysis for Jynneos Market Trends and sales target planning
  • Provide appropriate functional support for US Operational data strategy, as needed
  • Work with Data & Analytics team to develop, maintain, and track short-term & long-term forecasts for Jynneos sales

Skills & Requirements

  • 0-3 years master data or data management and/or data governance experience plus bachelor’s degree in a related field

Tasks

  • Ability to solve problems that include many decision-makers and carry several competing options for possible solutions based on limited or frequently changing data
  • Experience and understanding with IMS/IQVIA &/or MMIT commercial data products preferred
  • Experience with claims & payer level data preferred
  • Experience with Forecasting
  • Exceptional communication skills that include verbal, written and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau or comparable BI platforms a plus
  • Familiarity with Amazon Redshift/AWS data warehouse environments a plus

Salary Range - $70k - $105k
