Accountabilities
- Design, develop, test and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple services with a focus on MacOS support.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to encourage the growth of team members.
- Own and advocate for the health and quality of the systems, participating in on-call rotations.
- Design and implement APIs for seamless integration between software components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss and lead technical solutions.
- Lead the development of comprehensive testing strategies and incorporate customer feedback.
- Champion security by designing isolation mechanisms and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Improve system reliability and incident response times by establishing best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
- Experience working on MacOS or iOS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: 2+ years experience with Go, Ruby, Python, or similar languages.
