What You’ll Do:
As a Social Media Engagement Intern, you’ll be the heartbeat of our app’s user experience. Your primary mission is to ensure every user feels seen, heard, and appreciated. You’ll:
- Interact with Users: Actively engage with user posts by replying, commenting, and sparking conversations.
- Foster Community: Maintain an approachable, lively, and welcoming tone to create a vibrant online atmosphere.
- Be Fun & Social: Bring your humor, personality, and extroverted energy to make the Jambo community a fun place to be.
- Gather Feedback: Serve as a bridge between users and the Jambo team by observing interactions and sharing insights to improve the platform.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing and extroverted personality, comfortable initiating conversations and keeping them flowing.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, fun, and relatable responses.
- Passion for social media and community building, ensuring users feel heard, valued, and supported.
- A solid understanding of social media culture and internet slang.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple conversations and tasks.
- Availability for at least 20 hours/week, including flexibility to monitor and engage with the community during peak times.
