About the Role

Join Accenture in delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive tangible business outcomes! As a ServiceNow Application/ Web Developer, you will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with multiple teams across the organization to provide high-quality solutions and support key decisions. Your expertise will help ensure seamless delivery, configuration, and enhancement of applications, contributing to both client success and our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and enhance packaged software and SaaS products on the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop and test new components or enhancements to existing applications.

• Leverage declarative features to implement functionality wherever applicable.

• Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment planning and scheduling.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, solve challenges, and deliver best-in-class solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow Platform.

• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine Studio.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and related skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Usability Design.

• Intermediate proficiency in Web & Server-based Platform Solutions.

• Intermediate proficiency in Design & Build Enablement.
