As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will play an essential role in shaping the future of healthcare by delivering high‑quality statistical programming that enables safer, more innovative medical devices to reach patients worldwide.

In this role, you’ll work within a collaborative, scientifically driven environment where your programming expertise directly influences regulatory submissions, clinical evidence strategies, and product lifecycle decisions. What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and validate SAS programs supporting the analysis and reporting of clinical and real‑world data for medical device studies.

  • Collaborate closely with biostatisticians and cross‑functional partners to shape statistical analysis plans and ensure robust, compliant methodologies are applied.

  • Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure accuracy, traceability, and consistency across all statistical outputs and deliverables.

  • Support the creation of statistical reports, presentations, and technical summaries for regulatory submissions, audits, and internal decision‑making.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, enhancing programming standards, and contributing to best‑practice guidance within the FSP team.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

  • Demonstrated experience in statistical programming, gained within a clinical research, medical devices, or pharmaceutical setting.

  • Strong proficiency in SAS programming, with a solid understanding of statistical concepts, clinical data structures, and regulatory expectations.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills, with high attention to detail and data integrity.

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, scientific environment and translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
