Accountabilities:

  • Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models to generate actionable insights for users and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align data science efforts with business objectives and user needs.
  • Participate in all phases of feature development, from ideation through production, ensuring seamless integration of data-driven features.
  • Gather, refine, and translate internal requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Analyze user behavior and data patterns to inform product improvements and recommendations.
  • Communicate complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics to continuously improve models and methodologies.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data science with hands-on machine learning expertise.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with analytics or big data tools such as R, SQL, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of product development and experience delivering impactful, data-driven features.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with recommendation systems, time series analysis, or predictive modeling is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for identifying patterns and deriving insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Office Suite or equivalent software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and remote-friendly environment.
