In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our go-to-market strategy and building key customer relationships. As part of a dynamic and growing team, your work will support large energy customers in accessing reliable and affordable clean power solutions. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, where your efforts will directly contribute to the evolution of energy independence and innovation.

Accountabilities

    • Support implementation of go-to-market strategy and business development activities
    • Build and manage a pipeline of customers including hyper-scale, colocation, industrial, and government sectors
    • Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and strategic engagement
    • Evaluate utility rate structures to inform customer proposals
    • Develop proposals and support negotiations for power agreements and long-term contracts
    • Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events
    • Manage marketing and sales campaigns, including webinars and digital content
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry stakeholders
    • Support land acquisition strategy for customer opportunities
    • Collaborate across teams to deliver the organization's value proposition

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner strategy
    • 5+ years of experience with commercial negotiations and working with procurement and legal teams
    • 3+ years of experience in the data center industry
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Experience developing pipelines, proposals, and long-term customer agreements
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
