Job Overview:
Access is seeking highly motivated and talented Sales Representatives to join our team at various levels, ranging from entry to director level. As a Sales Representative at Access Information Management, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Whether you are an aspiring salesperson looking to start your career or an experienced director seeking new challenges, we have opportunities for you to excel and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.) to generate leads and expand our customer base.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, allowing you to present tailored solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay updated on new offerings, market trends, and customer feedback, enabling you to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries.
  5. Utilize a CRM system to manage and track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and generate reports to monitor your performance and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  6. Stay informed about competitors and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities, allowing you to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently striving for excellence in performance and customer satisfaction.
  8. Continuously enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge through training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

 

Requirements:

- For Entry Level Positions:

     - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
     - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
     - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
     - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
     - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- For Mid-Level Positions (in addition to the above):
     - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related
