  • Drive presales activities by supporting pipeline development, identifying opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth across offensive security services and technologies.
  • Lead client discussions at executive (CxO) level, translating complex technical security concepts into clear business value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and service delivery teams to scope, design, and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client security environments, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support proposal development, RFI/RFP responses, and solution documentation to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
  • Stay current with emerging threats, offensive security trends, and technologies to maintain thought leadership and advisory excellence.
  • Promote cybersecurity offerings through client engagements, industry events, publications, and partner ecosystems.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in information security, ideally in consulting, architecture, advisory, or technical leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in offensive security, threat landscape analysis, vulnerabilities, and defensive control frameworks.
  • Proven experience in presales or client-facing advisory roles with strong business development exposure.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and ability to design end-to-end security solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder engagement skills, including workshops and whiteboarding sessions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align cybersecurity strategies with client objectives and ROI considerations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to review and contribute to SOWs, proposals, and technical documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Industry certifications in offensive security or related domains are strongly preferred.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government-sponsored Secret Clearance (as required).

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level cybersecurity expertise.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible remote work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
  • Access to continuous learning, professional training, and certification opportunities.
  • Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact cybersecurity engagements across diverse industries.
  • Collaborative, inclusive environment with strong emphasis on innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Employee volunteer programs and community engagement initiatives.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge offensive security technologies and global partner ecosystems.
