Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
•    Build in-house applications and dashboards leveraging Apex, or similar frameworks
•    Take ownership of the architecture, design, implementation, and production operations for a wide range of Core System Framework solutions.
•    Respond to production deficiencies by continuously implementing automation, self-healing processes, and real-time monitoring of production systems.
•    Contribute to the support and development of platform services, including architecture, provisioning, configuration, deployment, and support.
•    Collaborate with distributed teams to prototype new platform services and solutions.
•    Stay up to date with emerging technologies, and drive innovation within the organization.
•    Design, write, and deploy software to enhance the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services.
•    Develop designs, architectures, and standards for large-scale distributed systems.
•    Lead service capacity planning, demand forecasting, and system tuning to optimize software performance and reliability.


Required Qualifications:
•    U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain and maintain federal security clearance)
•    Proven experience in developing and operating large-scale distributed services and applications.
•    Familiarity with low-code software, such as Oracle APEX, or tools that streamline workflows.
•    Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
•    Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing processes.
•    Experience supporting production, test, and development environments.
•    Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) technologies, network monitoring, and related systems.
•    Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C++, or equivalent).
•    Experience working with fault-tolerant, highly available, high-throughput, distributed, and scalable systems.
•    Experience operating services in one or more major cloud environments (AWS, OCI, Azure, etc.).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
