This is a hybrid remote (30% travel) position based in Atlanta, Georgia (preferred).

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a results-driven National Sales Account Manager to lead strategic account growth with national insurance carriers, home service partners, and high-volume referral sources. You’ll drive the adoption of our water security solutions and ensure that our partners and their policyholders experience consistent, high-quality service.

This is a relationship-first role requiring confidence in both direct sales and strategic account stewardship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value insurance and home services accounts across the U.S.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success to build referral pipelines and increase partner engagement.
  • Develop sales strategies tailored to carrier underwriting priorities and regional risk mitigation needs.
  • Track pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and lead conversion using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Educate clients and partners on Beagle’s value proposition, installation process, and service-level guarantees.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, renewals, and expansions.
  • Represent Beagle at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events to grow our national presence.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to guide product positioning and marketing campaigns.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years in B2B sales or account management, preferably in insurance services, home services, or related tech-enabled industries.
    • Proven track record of managing enterprise/national accounts and exceeding growth goals.
    • Experience selling to or working with P&C insurers, restoration contractors, or home warranty providers is a strong plus.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—especially with executive-level stakeholders.
    • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales practices.
    • Passion for helping customers protect their homes and reduce risk through proactive technology.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Comfortable in a startup environment—flexible, resourceful, and self-directed.
      • Familiarity with smart home, IoT, or risk mitigation tech is a plus.
      • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and support national rollouts.
