・ IT戦略：IT戦略立案/IT中長期ロードマップ策定/IT ガバナンス構築支援/新規システムグランドデザイン策定
・ プロジェクトマネジメント： PgMO 、 PMO 支援、ベンダー選定支援
・ テクノロジー戦略支援：DX企画構想/働き方改革に向けたRPA 導入
・ その他クラウドなど
