We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions.
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States/Canada
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency with online platforms (Zoom, Google Sheets, Forms)
Skilled in time management and multitasking
Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
