Cornerstone offers a performance-based compensation model with no ceiling, a comprehensive benefits package, flexible scheduling, and a remote work environment. Our culture fosters entrepreneurship, continuous learning, and a bit of "gonzo" spirit (About Us - Gonzobanker). As one of your future teammates puts it:

“Cornerstone is where you come if you want to work hard, learn alongside insanely smart people, be valued, and be compensated for high performance.”
