We're hiring a full-time Data Analyst to join our analytics team and help us make smarter, data-driven decisions across our medical services operations. If you're passionate about data, healthcare, and making a measurable impact this is your role.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets to support operational decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership
• Track and report on KPIs across all departments and service lines
• Identify trends, patterns, and data gaps to drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with clinical, administrative, and financial teams on data needs
• Present clear and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security across all platforms
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with data models

hat We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2+ years of full-time data analysis or business intelligence experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare or medical data experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work full-time hours consistently and meet deadlines
