The Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager supports the servicing and retention of Commercial accounts by providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to Account Managers and Client Advisors. This role is detail-oriented, service-focused, and collaborative, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency or brokerage environment.
The Assistant Account Manager serves as a liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure policies are accurately processed, maintained, and renewed while delivering a professional and responsive client experience.
