Accountabilities
- Design and analyze clinical outcome studies evaluating weight loss and durability.
- Build analyses that define cohorts and follow-up timelines to measure program impact.
- Partner with clinical leadership to evaluate treatment pathways and protocol adherence.
- Assess the impact of clinical interventions on outcomes and member experience.
- Use insights to improve clinical protocols and program design.
- Contribute to building internal evidence frameworks for measuring clinical effectiveness.
- Translate analytic findings into insights to support clinical and operational decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience analyzing clinical or healthcare outcomes data.
- Experience with cohort-based analyses and data over time.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with DBT and data modeling.
- Proficiency in using data reporting software (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker).
