Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Specialist (Remote, Contract, AI training) — Micro1 via AI Gig Scout

Micro1 is engaging Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Specialists (8 openings), remote contract at $100–$200/hr, for a project focused on supporting vulnerable youth. Mental health professionals will help AI systems handle the mental health challenges young abuse survivors face accurately and sensitively. No prior AI experience is required.

You will analyze and contribute to case-based scenarios on youth abuse victimization; review AI-generated mental health guidance on abuse cases and give feedback; develop best-practice content on trauma-informed care for young survivors; find clinical and ethical gaps or inaccuracies in AI responses; and document recommendations that make the system more sensitive, accurate and safe for vulnerable people.

Preferred: MD, PhD in psychology or PhD in social work with completed credentials; extensive clinical experience with youth abuse victims as a primary or exclusive focus; demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed practice and interventions for young survivors; active clinical work, with most of your time spent supporting abuse victims; a strong commitment to ethics and participant privacy.
