Whether it's planning exclusive art events, designing bespoke travel experiences, or orchestrating seamless events, our goal is to bring visionary concepts to life. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team remotely. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts and working closely with our team to refine sales strategies.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue.

  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media, and networking events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and tailor services to client needs.

  • Track sales metrics and report on business development activities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends in travel, the arts, and event planning.

  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent and build partnerships.

  • Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and sales strategies.  

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Passion for the arts, travel, and event planning industries.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.

  • Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
