Business Development Manager

Savquip Contracting pvt ltd is on the hunt for a business development manager Duties and Responsibilities includes driving company growth by finding new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market reach, focusing on long-term strategy, partnerships, and increasing revenue through sales, proposals, and nurturing customer accounts. Managing existing client bases and creating strategic alliances with other businesses for mutual benefit. Key Responsibilities -Strategy & Planning: Develop growth strategies, identify new markets, trends, and customer needs, and map business strengths. -Sales & Outreach: Generate leads, pitch proposals, negotiate contracts, cold call, and attend networking events. –Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, managing accounts and fostering loyalty. Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic alliances with non-competing businesses for shared growth. -Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products, services, and industry trends. Core Focus Growth: Generating new revenue streams and increasing the client base. Long-Term Vision: Focusing on strategic, long-term initiatives rather than just immediate sales. Internal & External Collaboration: Working with internal teams and external partners to create opportunities. Skills Required Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management. Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Resilience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets Educational qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is typically required. An MBA will be an added advantage. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles. A demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, growing client bases, and implementing business strategies is crucial.
