Your Impact 

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and expanding our market presence. You’ll play a critical role in owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. 

You will be working closely with our Accounts Director and CEO, and will receive a significant amount of exposure to our core business strategies and key decisions. 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and prospects in target markets 

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from outreach to deal close 

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, Directors, etc.) 

  • Collaborate with Accounts Direct and CEO to align on outreach strategy and messaging 

  • Track and manage leads, activities, and pipeline in the CRM (e.g. Apollo) 

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked, deals closed) 

  • Help refine sales strategy based on feedback, market trends, and customer insights 

  • Analyze performance metrics and report on KPIs to leadership 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (working at staffing agency a plus) 

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 

  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (Apollo a plus) 

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-velocity prospecting 

  • Self-starter who is resourceful, creative and intuitive 

  • Strong work ethic and resilience 

  • Curiosity – interested in the why and not afraid to ask questions 

Compensation: 

  • Base salary + commission structure 

  • Base salary: $75,000–$130,000 annually 

  • Commissions: $50,000-$90,000 annually (based on quota) 

  • OTE: $125,000-$215,000 annually 

*Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
